This development, finished in 2019 in New York City’s Financial District, was an adaptive reuse building converting and expanding the former New York Stock Exchange Headquarters. The building is a 29-story rental designed by CetraRuddy Architecture and developed by MetroLoft Development. The Magiglide closet doors are provided through Long Island Fireproof Door. All 533 apartments have our Standard 3/4” thick primed paintable melamine finish and are each 8 feet tall. As you can see from the pictures below, the project left some bifold closet doors white, and painted some to blend in the wall with the closet doors.
