The Van Buren Residences completed in 2019 in Chicago’s booming West Loop area, has our 3/4” Standard Magiglide bifold closets throughout. Finished option chosen is the primed paintable melamine, allowing for instant installation, but flexibility down the road should the developer decide to paint, they have that option. Inside of each closet is wire shelving purchased through Landquist & Son, to fully complete the job. This allows tenants to utilize their closets upon move in, in the best way possible.
