Completed in 2022, Edith Spurlock Sampson Apartments has added 60 affordable housing units and 20 market rate units, as well as community rooms for use and amenities of all ages that connect the adjacent existing buildings. Chicago Housing Authorities really knocked it out of the park with this new build/rehab for tenants.
