The Magiglide bifold and pivot closet door carries a five (5) year factory warranty, contingent upon proper installation. Properly installed, the life cycle of the door is not yet known, however we do know that with minimal maintenance; it easily exceeds the 60+ year history of deliveries to the multifamily industry, which includes many deliveries to abusive housing.

While Magiglide doors can be damaged, most damage is cosmetic and easily repaired. It is rare that the user caused damage results renders doors inoperable, except for malicious destruction.

Magiglide’s warranty is contingent on proper installation. As discussed, we offer extensive information as to proper door installation; please review all pertinent installation information when considering a warranty claim.

If there are any warranty claims, please contact Landquist & Son, the manufacturer, for instructions. Please submit to us images and a report as to the problems you believe are covered under warranty. All claims will be reviewed by Landquist & Son as to status under warranty before action is taken. A factory representative may visit your job site to review your claim and the installation of the doors as it may affect your claim.

For doors eligible for replacement under warranty, Landquist will re-manufacture the door and ship it to the building. Labor to remove and install the warranty door is not covered in the Magiglide warranty, nor are any costs circumstantial to your claim.
