Advantage Series 1-1/8” Thick Pivot
Pivot closet doors allow for all the accessibility of a prehung closet, but without the casing requirement. Our pivot closet door can be custom sized to retrofit any width and is manufactured with hardware propriety to the closet system. The closet can be manufactured only in the Advantage 1-1/8” thick particleboard. Pivot closet doors are a great option for use in any type of development. No floor track allows users to have full accessible storage at their disposal. All Magiglide pivot closet doors come with a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty.
Both the standard and flat floor plates are the same cost, please specify upon ordering with the appropriate flooring type. Make note, the add-on decorative boots are also shown below.
This default floor plate is ideal for all flooring type applications.
The undercut for a standard floor plate on carpet is 5/8” reveal. The undercut for a standard floor plate on a hardwood is 1-3/8” reveal. When installing a standard floor plate onto a floating floor, we suggest following the floating floor recommendation of adhering the floor plate to the subfloor, to ensure the floating floor will retain it’s flexibility to “float.”
This floor plate can be specified but must be installed with tiles, hardwoods and vinyls.
The undercut for a flat floor plate is a 5/8” reveal on a hard floor installation. When installing a flat floor plate, install right on top of the floor for a sleek clean look. Flat floor plates are the same cost as standard floor plates, just specify upon ordering.
