Hunters Point South, the two towers coming to New York will be adding over 1,000 apartments upon its completion expected in 2021. Designed with the Architect on Record as SLCE with the design architect as ODA Architects. This massive project will provide majority affordable housing throughout the second tower, to bridge a much needed gap in the community. Developer TF Cornerstone will be heading parcel C of this mega development in Long Island City. Magiglide bifold closet doors will be delivered via Mensch Millwork for the project, which include 3/4” thick Primed Paintable finish doors. Delivery of doors is expected Q4 2020.
