Completed in 2020, this tower at 762 feet tall, Sven is the 3rd tallest building in Queens. The development’s base as seen above, was erected in 1927, and designated as an official city landmark in 2015 (Chase Manhattan Bank Building aka Queens Clock Tower). This was then incorporated into the design plans and base for Sven. Of 958 rental apartments, 288 of them are affordable. The interiors showcase Magiglide’s incredibly sleek and durable bifold closet doors.
